For the razor wire, we mainly supply the following three types of packing. Simple packing and carton packing are for the two common use.
1.For simple packing, inside is water proof paper and outside is woven bags and then compression; sometimes we can load the container one coil by one coil and sometimes we can make the coils to big bundles and for loading easily. It is main for BTO-10, BTO-12, BTO-22, BTO-30 and CBT-25. Galvanized razor coils usually use this packing.
2.For carton packing, razor mesh coils are loading into hard cartoon boxes, it is mainly application to CBT-65, CBT-60 (450mm).
3.Razor wire packing, inside is water proof paper and outside is woven bags and then loading into hard cartoon boxes.

Here list five types of razor packing as below：

1) Hot Dipped Galvanized 60cm Flat Wrap Razor Wire
-Coil height : 60cm.
-Coil length : 16m.
-Barb type: BTO-10.
-Packing: wrapped with paper and then wrapped with woven bag.
-Packing of the rolls will be 6 coils in a big roll.
-Inside wire: 2.50mm (-0.00, +0.10mm), tensile strength: 160kg/mm2 (min),
- Zinc plate: 120gr/m2 (min) hot dipped galvanized steel wire.
-Outside sheet:0.50mm (-0.00, +0.10mm) , Hot dipped Galvanized.

2) Hot Dipped Galvanized Single Coil Razor Mesh :
-Coil diameter: 100cm.
-Coil weight: 16kg.
-Barb type: BTO-10.
-Packing: wrapped with paper and then wrapped with woven bag.
-Inside wire: 2.50mm (-0.00, +0.10mm), tensile strength: 160kg/mm2 (min), zinc plate: 120gr/m2 (min) hot dipped galvanized steel wire.
-Outside sheet: 0.50mm (-0.00, +0.10mm) hot dipped galvanized, bright, shinny.

3) Hot dipped Galvanized 45cm Cross Type Razor Wire:
56 loops, Ideal opening 6-7m, Max.opening: 8.5-9.5m, 3 tie clips.
-Coil diameter: 45cm.
-Coil weight: 7kg.
-Barb type: BTO-10.
-Packing : wrapped with paper and then wrapped with woven bag.
-Inside wire: 2.50mm (-0.00, +0.10mm), tensile strength: 160kg/mm2 (min),zinc plate: 120gr/m2 (min) hot dipped galvanized steel wire.
-Outside sheet: 0.50mm (-0.00, +0.10mm) Hot dipped Galvanized.

4) AISI 430 or 304 Stainless Steel Single Coil Razor Wire (only outside sheet will be stainless steel,inside wire will be hot dipped galvanized).
-Coil diameter: 100cm.
-Coil weight: 16kg.
-Barb type: BTO-10.
-Packing : wrapped with paper and then wrapped with woven bag.
-Inside wire: 2.50mm (-0.00, +0.10mm) , tensile strength: 160kg/mm2 (min), zinc plate: 120gr/m2 (min) hot dipped galvanized steel wire.
-Outside sheet: 0.50mm (-0.00, +0.10mm) ss AISI 430.

5) AISI 430 Stainless Steel 45cm Cross Type Razor Coils:56 loops, Ideal opening 6-7m, Max.opening: 8.5-9.5m, 3 tie clips.-Coil diameter: 45cm.
-Coil weight: 7kg.
-Barb type: BTO-10.
-Packing : wrapped with paper and then wrapped with woven bag.
-Inside wire: 2.50mm (-0.00, +0.10mm), tensile strength: 160kg/mm2 (min),zinc plate: 120gr/m2 (min) hot dipped galvanized steel wire.
-Outside sheet: 0.50mm (-0.00, +0.10mm) AISI 430 Stainless steel.
